My rottie Heidi is full of lumps and bumps and I know that they are fat lumps and not connected with her leg problems. I know you will be worried sick, but you are doing the correct thing by taking your dog to the vet. It is hard for anyone to give an opinion on here without seeing the dog and you will get answers from people suggesting things that you have never even thought about and that will make you worry even more. Just keep an open mind and get to the vet on Monday. Please let us know how she gets on.

She needs to see the vet today. Probably the back is being caused from the strain of trying to walk with a hurt leg. Better hurry in to the vet. It's like a domino effect. Will get more problematic for your dog and you. By Monday the damage may not be fixable and will cost more to try to fix.' not to mention the pain and suffering for your dog over the weekend.

When you say she has a lump on her back, are you saying it's actually a lump like a bug bite might leave or is she 'hunching' her back up so that she is curving her back up into a hump? If it's a lump, that could be something like a bite from anything from an insect to another animal. If she is hunching her back up, it's a sign of pain. Is her abdomen very tight? Often when a dog is in quite a bit of pain, they will hunch their back and their abdominal muscles will be tight as a drum when you feel them. I'm wondering if she may have broken that leg??? Or if it has gotten pulled out of the socket?
If she is hunched up, I wouldn't wait until Monday for the Vet to see her. She is in pain and suffering, please take her in today and not let her suffer all weekend.

sounds like a pulled or torn muscle, could you not call your vet and see if you can get in an emergency appointment if it is muscle damage it is going to be very painful for your dog, if you really cant get to see a vet before Mon, it is best if you can keep your dog as still as possible to save her doing any more damage, if you have a cage give her cage rest until Mon, if not try to limit her movement to going to the toilet, put her food and water near her bed so that she doesn't need to walk on her legs, i would push for a sooner appointment but rest her if you can't, hope she is feeling better soon and hope it is nothing serious. good luck

it sounds like to me that your dog has got a bit of glass or a sharp items in its leg. and its got an infection in it now, it might have happened about a week ago thought. just check yourself if there is anything there if your pet will let yea look at its leg, or take your gonna have to phone 24 hours vets. it my cost to get your pet check but it will be worth the pain its going though.

to the vet straight away!!. it could be an infection. and thats not a good place to leave it for any longer than you have to. there will be an emergency vet in the local phone book or paper.

Could be a tick, Some tick bits can cause temporary peralysis.
Could be a tumor (God, I hope not!)
It is a good thing you are taking her to a vet. We can only guess here, but please keep her queit and comfortable while you are waiting to have her treated.
