Don't worry be happy there's to much media pressure on us now on what we should and should not do everyone is different and nobody no there limitations in all things good and bad like yourself listen to your own body and mind not what others say we are all individuals.

As few as you can tolerate. I now have hot fruit juice as a substitute and have only one coffee in a morning my excuse is that it wakes me up

depends alot on your current physical state. if you're already extremely healthy, you could have 5 or more. but if you're trying to get/keep fit, i'd say no more than 3 (total, not each)
