Beating this guy up would be immature, and if this girl has any decency, she won't be impressed by your actions. It's hard to be the rejected one, but don't make matters worse by being an idiot. He sounds like a real winner. Don't stoop to his level.
You can try talking to her and share your feelings as well as your warnings (that he's been with a lot of other women, that he's not a nice guy, etc.). It may not bring her to your corner, but it may give you the closure you need to move on. Life isn't fair. Roll with it and find someone else. Don't waste your energy on this.

Well, if you want to be in her good graces, I would hold off on fighting.
She's a big girl, and she can think for herself. Although from the sounds of it, she's making the wrong decision. If I were you, I would just tell her about his ways, and maybe throw in something sweet like, "You deserve better than that." If you feel ballsy enough, why not ask her out as well? I understand if you're too shy to do that, but beating this guy up is just going to make you look like a jackass.
In the end, she's going to do what she wants. So just be there for her, and hopefully with time, she'll open her eyes and see the truth. Good luck.

no you shouldn't...
how about a fair competition... you tell your crush you like her... and show her how much you really do... on the process, prove to her that she deserves more than 'that guy'... that is if you believe you are 'more than that guy'...
if she chooses him over you inspite of all these, you accept it as a sport... then, you let her know that you'll beat 'that guy' up if he hurts her...
who knows maybe in the 'very end' she'll realize that you're the better guy...
remember: it's never the end if you didn't even begin on the first place...

feelings...
perception..
aspirations...
intimacy...
where did it all go..
tsktsktsktsk.....
well...maybe you are too worried about this thing..
well...my question is..
---would this guy make your virgin friend unvirgin?
---that is why you are so blazingly angry in him?
if it is the part that you were angry since this guy has been with a lot of women before...let him....
it is not your problem...
let your crush realize what this guy intends their future to be gone to NOWHERE..
just show to her you care and you accept the things just like that..
maybe you are not intended to be with each other for today...
but for the next years to come...in time of marriage..
note:
miracles do happen!

Of course not, but you knew the answer to that.
You can't make someone like you for who you are.
