Your question is confusing. Do you got data on CD or do you got some program for installation on CD?

Suppose you got data on CD.
Insert cd it will ask you to run the program now it has two meaning. May be the data(anything)you got on cd need some software to be installed therefore asking you to run the program. Or you can do this. Just insert the cd then if it ask for program to run exit that window.
Click on my computer then locate the cd drive and click now you will be able to see whatever is inside cd.
Just put cursor on the (suppose)first file then scroll down to the last item if there are more than one then put cursor on the last file then click Shift key with left cursor click it will choose all files. Then look at the left if you are using windows you will see COPY click that a window will be appeared and will ask you where do you want to save files choose as you want. You can also make a new folder such as in the My Document by giving any name then you can copy in that folder. Do as you please.

Other case if you got program on cd.
Insert the cd a window will be appeared follow the guidance. In your case it says run the program. Please refer any manual for help.

Your PC is an auto detect CD, just tick the cancel and open my computer, click the CD drive you want to copy then send to my document, or any place you want the data to be save.

don't run the program, leave the disck in the drive, click start, my computer, and select the drive that the disc is in.
this should open to the contents of the disk, click edit at the top of the page and select all.
the contents should now be blue, right click the blue area and select send to, this will give you several options, select desk top for now, you can move it later on, it should start to copy all the selected files to the desktop.

There are such programmes attainable that could replica a complicated force .ONE CARE is one that I subsribe to, and use it to create a backup and equipment restoration disc, that's in lots of cases down loaded from Microsoft over the internet and is as much as date each and daily for a 300 and sixty 5 days or as long as you subscribe.(See their website) yet another good approach is to purchase an exterior force and upload the programme contents of your cutting-edge force onto it... as quickly as time-honored which you do certainly have a replica of your stuff on the recent force, circulate back to the previous force and reinstall homestead windows from the backup help dept, then as quickly as each and every thing is back heading in the right direction circulate forward from there through identifying on the programmes waiting for on the exterior force which you desire to be reinstated back onto the unique force. sell off or shop the rest that is as much as you,i might shop IT merely IN CASE there became into something i HAD ignored. then create a restoration disc for homestead windows. One-care is a good programme to create this. because it could handle equipment copies, programme backup and malware plus viral removing in realtime because it emerges. good luck.
