HFCs are an Greenhouse gas, 200 times the effect of C02. There may be confusion becaused they replaced CFCs in Aerosols.

Global warming is the blocking of infrared light from the ground from escaping to space increasing the temperature of the planet due to more greenhouse gasses in the air, primarily carbon dioxide.

Ozone depletion is the reduction of ozone in the upper atmosphere that would normally screen out ultra violet light that can cause sunburns and skin cancer. It is caused by chlorine compounds, like Freon, causing the ozone to break down.

CO2 from vehicles and industry is emitted to the atmosphere. This creates a layer round the earth that traps heat from the sun. This is similar to the glass in a greenhouse trapping the heat inside. This is why its called the 'greenhouse effect', and why CO2 is known as a greenhouse gas. The greenhouse effect causes the average temperature of the planet to increase. This process is known as 'global warming'. Global warming alters the way water evaporates from the oceans and land which affects rainfall patterns. This lead to 'climate change' as some areas become drier and some become wetter. Ozone depletion is a different process. The ozone layer around the earth protects the earth from UV rays from the sun. The ozone layer is destroyed by chemicals known as CFC's. These were found in coolant in old fridges and aerosols. Since CFC's were banned in the 1980's the ozone layer has began to heal itself.

Ozone depletion is caused by the discharge of certain aerosol propellants and CFC's, HCFC's into the atmosphere. The discharges rise to the ozone level in our atmosphere and bond with the oxygen molecules and take ozone away from the upper atmosphere.

Global warming is caused by the discharge of certain greenhouse gases including, but not limited to, CO2. These gases are trapped in our atmosphere and reflect heat, light and other items back down. The reason it is called a greenhouse effect is because the gases are trapped in our atmosphere like the discharges from plants in a greenhouse are.

Ozone depletion has been mostly stopped by banning the use of certain chemicals.

Global warming is controversial because it is undecided if it is caused by man's industrial and other pollution, or by nature (volcanoes, cows and such) or both.

These two links show how global warming and the greenhouse effect work. Ozone depletion is when chemicals we produce eat away at the ozone layer thus reducing the ability of the ozone layer to reflect harmful ultra violet radiation. More radiation in and then the greenhouse effect traps more heat in because the gases reduce the ability for heat to escape the atmosphere.
