I did not see any ATM with Maestro logo in Suadi, and I dont know where to go?

Maestro is a MasterCard card so I would say yes.
The link doesn't work for me at the moment (they are updating) but you can check out their website for where there may be an ATM near you

proabably for a small fee - $1 to $5
sometimes there is no fee - went to the Cayman Islands
none of the banks were 'ours'
the one we picked - zero fee for a $200 USD American currency
wow!
second idea - go on-line on your bank's site
see if they have their ATM's addresses listed!
