Are there any changes that need to be done to my site?
Are my prices Ok for my level of expierience? (2 yrs.)
Do you see anything I could do to improve my photography skills (photographs in itself)?

IMHO:

11.gif - great shot !
13.gif - great shot ! - > try a Black & White or Sephia conversion - will add some drama to that "jazz man". Also you should crop the "bald head" from his right side.
19.gif - great shot !

7.gif - crop the right side (what is from the left hand to the right margin) that so you move the boy from the center of the photo (the most flat point of any photo)
2.gif - crop the left side of the photo (the green plant will disapear ) for the same reason - move the subject from the center.
20.gif - move the subject(s) from the center of the photo.
...
:-(
all the other photos: Nothing but a regular "flat" photo.Lack of composition.
:-(
...

Apply "the rule of thirds" with those "golden points" and you will get ride off those photo with the subject siting in a flat spot. If you don't know what I am talking about, go to your local library and ask for a photography (technique) book or just search on www.google.com about "the rule of thirds" or "phototgraphy composition".
Also you may want to change the file format from gif to jpeg.

You're indoor photography is ok but there are some white balance issues in some images - that said, nothing too serious. Some of them could have been cropped a little tighter too.

Your outdoor photography is excellent from a technical point of view. Images are well exposed and framed. My advice here, though, is don't be scared to get creative. Look at these websites for some examples - http://www.shots.co.nz and http://www.jandraphotography.com...

Just a few technical issues with your site - your pages aren't titled. So when I look at your home page, the title is Page 1 instead of the website name. Also, your copyright at the bottom of the page should be Copyright © 2007 [your name].

Your pricing is ok if you're happy with it for now and you're earning a living elsewhere but don't expect to live off it. When you gain more confidence and feel you are a better photographer than you were the year before, then put your prices up and dont feel guilty about it. If someone says they can't afford you, then don't drop your price for them because you feel sorry for them. If you do, you will fall into the trap I did and end up doing everyones' weddings for stuff all. If someone can't afford you - even your friends - then they can get someone else to use a disposable.

One little thing you should remove from your wedding packages is the UNLIMITED number of photos. Delete it. Set a limit like 150 images for your cheapest package and 200 for your next etc. But do NOT promise unlimited.

Usually, wedding packages aren't a combination of different sized prints. They should be 4x5 or (not and) 5x7 and an enlargement. Then the next package is an upgrade of that adding on something extra like more prints, larger prints, wedding album, etc.

Well if anything else comes to mind, I'll let your know. But you're a great photographer so keep going!

Your website looks amateurish, but it does load quickly. I noticed several typos, both on your package page and on the about me page. Have someone proofread the entire site, sometimes you just can't see spelling errors and grammar mistakes in your own work.

Your wedding photos should include only the best. On several you have blown the bride's dress (not a good move). On the third page, you have a telephone pole sticking right out of the bride's head. Several needed fill flash. One on the first page has harsh shadows, needed a bracket, bounce, or diffuser. What lenses are you using? Many have too much DOF, especially when you have an unattractive and cluttered background.

You do have some nice images there too. Please don't take my opinion personally, as you asked for critique. I am accustomed to receiving thumbs down for my critiques here on YA , and that's OK. I just feel that throwing accolades and avoiding the reality is not doing anyone any favors.

As for pricing, in my area, with your skill level and packages, you might be overpriced. We have an established pro who only charges $650 for unlimited day and 25 8x10 prints. But rural NC is a very different market than San Diego, so you might be right in line. Best wishes to you.

For your home page, I'd choose the ONE Best photo you EVER took in your life!

Your Home pages title is "Page-1" it should be your Business Name.

Remove the GoDaddy stuff and the page counter (everywhere).

About Me - Use a Table - The text spread all over the place.

Portfolio - Use dark gray or black background, the white is distracting.

All pages - check the font and size of the menu selections, they are different and they should be the same. The Home and About Me is different then the other ones.

Rework your photos in Photoshop, most are overexposed and the colors are under saturated.

There some great pics. But I would be care-full with crop out so much, lighting and camera tilts. There great but same old same old pictures, and with the camera zoomed out so far that was not good. I would not pay your pices for your work. But you have great ideas just needs some work!

My adivce to you would be to GET CLOSER to your subjects! The background is usually inconsequential and doesn't need to be included in the picture. The people who are watching the event MAY get upset with you, but your customer will be SO much MORE pleased when he/she gets the pictures back! You are there to get pictures for the customer not to please other attendents at the event!

Web site is fine! =;
