the old standard - clean your mouse trick

get a bottle of alcohol - and a paper towel
turn your mouse over (just grab it by the tail) LOL
and you will see a little circle around the grey ball

rotate the circle to the left - and it will pop out
put it on the desk and then place the ball inside the circle
soooooooooo it doesn't roll off the desk

wet the paper towel with alcohol and then rub the two rollers
inside the mouse - roll them and get that fuzzy junk off them

the alcohol helps break them up

once clean - put the ball back in
and place the circular guide on - rotate RIGHT
and it's back together

and your mouse should be behaving

all the best !

it amazes me that there is a section for rodents, I can understand your confusion.
your mouse may be bored too and trying to add interest to its life.

maybe it doesn't like it's pad anymore, move it to a new home
or it could need cleaning
