Very often the reason that the shot hurts later on is because it has gone through some muscle. The best thing to do is put some ice or a warm compress on it.

It is totally normal, natural for this to happen. I would not be concerned about it.

It should be fine in a few days. If you need to, take some Tylenol to help with the discomfort

The trick is to 'rub' the area after the shot! Think about it the liquid is injected under the skin where it will stay, because it is not going any further. Eventually it will be absorbed, but when? By rubbing the area, you disperse the liquid to no lumps or bumps under the skin. Nothing worse than having a injection in the butt and then having to sit on it! Give injection areas a good rub to disperse the vaccine.

I still have a sore arm after a flu' jab 3 weeks and 3 days ago, this is unusual, it is not natural, going by past injections, a friend has the same reaction.

You will be alright. The reason why it hurts when you move your arm is because the needle may have hit your bone.
