What are you studying? All of that sounds nice, but what are you interested in doing? I would recommend your state's Department of Natural Resources or the Department of the Interior with the US gov't. I have the same interest (not having to sit at a desk all day), but have found for both that they usually require a bachelors in biology as well as internship experience. But it's something to look into.

You will have no luck finding a government job that pays $80K within the first few years. The highest paying entry level jobs are usually engineering jobs, around $50-$60K in the private sector. Government jobs almost always pay less.

If you mainly want to be active, and to make a lot of money, consider the police force. In a large city, a bachelor's degree will make you more likely to be hired, and may give you a pay boost.

If you lean more towards science, you could be a field researcher. The pay is pretty low, but you can be out collecting samples or specimens for whatever you are studying. Pretty much every science can lead to field research.

I would recommend the foreign service officer program, administered by the State Department. You can see their careers page at www.state.gov.
Also, don't discount the military. As a veteran, I can honestly say my time in the military was incredibly rewarding and made me a better person. The pay isn't great, even for officers, but the experiences, discipline, travel and other rewards are priceless. Physical activity is a requirement, and out-of-office experiences are the norm.
There are hundreds of careers available in the military, although I'm partial to the Air Force (my service). It may be a good fit with your love of math and sciences.

Look at various jobs with the Department of Labor. There are many compliance-related jobs that spend a good deal of the time out doing field inspections, compliance reviews, etc. Everything from reviewing immigration programs to enforcing minimum wage and overtime provisions to investigating child labor violations to ensuring compliance with government contracts, etc. You get to see a different employer and/or a different industry with every case, and learn about all kinds of different occupations out there. There is daily interaction with everyone from office workers to CEO's to farm workers to artistic professionals, etc., and lots of travel as you go where the work is.

Most of the compliance-related jobs start out between $35-$45K, but you can be making $65K within three years and, if you go into management, $90K within a couple of years after that.

Maybe not as much money as you were looking for, but as far as a fun and interesting job goes, doing something that matters - it can't be beat.

I doubt that you will find a government job that will start you at over $80,000. Most private sector jobs will not start with that salary, depending on your academic background. At 21 your not likely to be able to start with any organization, especially the government with something anywhere near that salary range. I would question whether a government job would start you at half that salary. The range you are looking at would be more in line with an MBA and work experience in the field. You will need to prove your worth to any organization. Government salaries are based more on seniority than academic credentials.
