In the words of a great philosopher.

Trust me, you wouldn't like me if you turned me into an atheist....

Cuz if you did...

...you'd create a monster. A monster that no longer values the life on this earth... nor the life in that of others....

...feel free to convert other people... just not me...

... for my belief in God... is the only thing... is the only thing that stops me...

...from becoming the greatest threat... to everyone...

...my belief... helps me see the worthiness in everything...

...without it... I'd see everything as pathetic... pointless... worthless... empty... no matter what any other atheist would say...

Forgive me... if anyone finds this frightening... but I'm being serious... far more serious than I have always been...

You're free to have others turn to your belief... just not me... please... I beg of you....

Saint Lucifer - One man was able to start a war and murder over 6 million innocent people in concentration camps all because he believed that his race and beliefs were superior to others. He had a robust hatred towards those he felt were inferior.

With the various weapons of mass destruction humans possess today, coupled with the ever developing power of technology. Do you not think that anyone, as long as they have the inhuman desire to destroy all, is capable of the extinction of mankind?

Big things start out small...

We are making God mad when we don't accept Him as the one, true God of the Bible. The Holy Spirit will guide you to the truth if you humble yourself and accept that man is foolish in his own wisdom. You're much better off believing in the One Redeemer, Jesus Christ, that can save you from eternal punishment. Homer is funny though.

That is my favorite episode of Simpsons, lol, for Homer asking that question and the overall theme.

Otaku: how is one nihilistic minded human a threat to 6 billion other people? You would only be a threat to yourself.

Atheists have no God, so there's no one to piss off. There's no one in the universe to care what Athiests do right? So it doesn't matter if one is an Athiest of not, only other Atheists care and they have no say in what happens to anyone after death across the board. Only religions claim to know what happens after the lights go out. I mention death and the afterlife because it's obvious you're doing a play on the "shouldn't you believe just in case when you die there is a God" arguement.

god has given us the will/choice to do what we want.
it is the society, religions and man-made laws which determine whether we are sinning or not.
so, have no fear. If one gets to know the true religion and god then the time comes to change, atone, beat ourselves, apologize and become good and go to heaven.
Until then follow the goats like the sheep we are.

Gen 17:1 And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I [am] the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect.

Your placement of faith in the superficial construct that is the human ego will, one day, leave you bereft of all hope of personal growth until you become a bum on the street begging strangers for cigarettes.
