yeah.
when u sign up for a playstation store account..
look for united states...
and sign up as if u live there...
make up an address when it asks u for ur address.

i live in the US,and i have an extra account in Hong Kong :D

Create another profile. Sign into PSN as a person, who lives in US - that's it - you have two profiles - one major (your own), another - just for US demos.
