All the modern main battle tanks can shoot while moving. Like the person said above, most have similar capabilities. My pic however, is the Leopard II...the latest model is the Leopard 2A6EX (German). Though when you think of it...many other tanks have infrared decoys and/or smoke grenades, heat seeking projectiles.

All modern tanks can hit moving targets while they're moving. Leclerc and Merkava4 can do it even better through FCS-integrated autotracker and T-90 even much better through bore-launched ATGMs.

German Rh120mm/L55 tungsten, israeli-improved 120mm GIAT tungsten and russian 125mm BM-44 U-Ni-Zn-alloy rounds have the same power through higher velocity (1750-1800 m/s instead of Abrams 1650 m/s)

Anyway, they're all good.

i think of its between the Brit Challenger 2 and the american M1A2 Abrams. Didnt the Challenger 2 have subject concerns with its air filters clogging up in desolate tract situations or exchange into that the Challenger a million? I look to bear in mind listening to something like that a at the same time as in the past. is likewise it actual that the French tank has 7 opposite gears for added rapid retreat, resign and collaborate manouvers?

All "current" generation MBT's are very similar in specifications on paper, with differences in armor type, propulsion systems, target acquisition/sighting etc.

I firmly believe the most competent, motivated and alert CREWS, sprinkled with a dose of luck, constitute the "Most" powerful tank in the world today, all other things being roughly equal!

A cold war era Soviet T-64 MBT, with it's 125mm main gun and obsolete stabilization and fire control, can quite easily flame an M1A2, T-90S, or Challenger -2, if utilized correctly and facing a fatigued or incompetent crew, regardless of the IMMENSE advantages the newer tanks have in technology and capabilities.

The M2 Bradley, while not a tank in the main sense, has more armor kills than any other modern main battle tank.
