No idea what a electronic cigarette is.
You smoke a cigarette - not have a light show with them

An electronic cigarette? Are you serious? You can get a wide range of lighters here including those used in the snow or in high winds. Most tobacconists have them.

What Tha? Whats an electronic cigarette? I know one thing tho and that is that in about two weeks smoking will be banned in all enclosed places in Australia, YEEHHHH HAAAA!! about time I say, thats all clubs, Casinos, Bars, etc etc etc , They can;t even be displayed to public view anymore. Hoo rayyyyyy!!!!!!!!!

I got a kit not long ago from http://NinjaCig.com.au and have been very happy with it. Haven't touched a dirty smoke since. Those guys are cheaper than average, have express postage and the quality seems good. Good Luck
