The nail you bite off it dead tissue. It cannot grow. The only part of your nail that grows it at the base.
Your stomach acid is about 2 on the pH scale. A swallowed fingernail is most likely digested.

The hydrochloric acidic properties of your stomach are probably strong enough to dissolve it. It is expelled from your body. It won't grow in your body

idk but it can poke lil holes in your stomach layers because they're so sharp
