Dereliction of Duty and Violation of a Lawful Order in any branch of the military is a serious offense of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. If you really read that article you will note that the crimes that they are accused of, is what happened after the incident Not what happened while the incident occurred. The Rules of Engagement (ROE) are explained to all the military. In the heat of battle will be deaths of innocent people. This is a given. But you should never cover it up or make it look like it was something else. The Lt. Col. and the others appear to have broken those rules. I sincerely hope their are found not guilty, but if they are guilty then they have to face the consequences of their actions.

With all due appreciate to the veterans, you need to undergo in strategies we are human and stuff occurs. i replaced into as quickly as informed a narrative, that holds very genuine. 2 human beings have been given $a hundred, one guy invested it, spent it wisely, and finally lived in a mansion. the different guy blew it on liquor and ladies human beings, then wound up on the line. factor of the tale is once you come into the militia, you're made to be the comparable as all human beings else. that's the type you spend some time, that dictates the type you pop out. Do i think undesirable for them? Hell yeah for the reason that in the process the destiny ought to day be me. Do I question the figures of what share veterans are on the streets? Yep, I dont know how a lot of them are mendacity. suitable factor you're able to do is write on your Senator or State representative. i might say write to the President, yet he's extra in contact approximately bailing out the economic irresponsible fatcats while in the realworld they're shutting midsection classification u.s. down....

Yes it damn well is.
If the high ranking officers are incompetent they should be removed from the war (and if they're incompetence caused deaths punished) before they cause more people to die.

No! The" hate America" left is probably behind this.
These are not the ones that are accused of commiting the crimes but the ones that fall in line behind them, which makes it easier for the above mentioned to fill thier agenda which is to destroy any and all credibility of our military forces.

It is called UCMJ, and it exists for a reason.
We have ROE, and if they are innocent, they are innocent.
If not they will be judged by the military

We are trained to kill. You can't turn it off like a light switch. You put us in a situation where it is necessary to kill other humans or be killed yourself. In the heat of battle you can't "ask first, act later" because you will get killed. You must kill or be killed. If you don't want us to do our jobs, don't put us in the situation where we may make a mistake (as all humans do). They need to train us to not want to kill anymore once we get home.
