You will have to buy PlayStation 3.

No. PS2 cant support that kind of power, thats why there's the PS3 and 360,PS3 can hold more information. Sony is focused on the PS3 right now,but still hasnt forgotten about the ps2.

No. Sony has basically stopped supporting ps2. They are focussing on Ps3, so GTA4 will not be on ps2. Even if it does, ps2 will not be able to support the size of the game data. It will need multiple discs.

No, it will only come out for the PS3, 360 and PC. It won't be coming out for the PS2. Ever.
