We have different religions 'fighting' for their god, claiming they know the one true deity.

I decided upon my deity by a process of elimination, deciding which faith structure was the most likely to be right. My definition of the characteristics of that deity are found in the holy scriptures of that faith. The answers to most of your questions can be found directly there; the remainder are very patently implied.
Fact is that truth is NOT subjective, so although there is the hypothetical possibility that none of us are right, it is unquestionable that SOMEONE has to be wrong.

Because the Bible clearly states that God is good...
Psalms 34:8 O taste and see that the LORD is good:blessed is the man that trusteth in him.

Because GOD created us and wants us all to go to Heaven to live with him one day. He never intended for the world to turn out like it did and he never intended for humans to go to Hell... Hell was created for Lucifer and the fallen angels that followed him.

GOD is always... HE always has been and always will be... GOD doesn't waste time... HE has an infinite amount of time... He is always everywhere all the time.

The Greek gods weren't real... people may have thought that there were "gods" living up on Mount Olympus... but there weren't... GOD hates sin... GOD is a perfect being... he always has been and always will be... i dunno how else to say it...

Yes i can be sure of the answer because i found them in the Bible, which is the word of GOD... everything written in the Bible was told to the authors of the different books by GOD... He told them everything to write... Everything in the Bible is true whether you want to believe it or not... that is up to you...

This is the way God has slowly revealed Himself over 4000 years of written history. Like water out of pinched hose ,God squirts out a little more and more to let us know Him.Taking that ,plus archeology.That is pretty good evidence. Not fool proof but pretty good. Now add all the fulfilled predictive prophecies and you have quite a Bible of truth.Now being that I have that evidence, I can trust in God's word for the stuff I don't know.If He can do all that ,He sure can finish the rest.
No other god EVER has been able to fulfill ANY prophecies ,Yet God has never missed ,not once.
As Paul said,"Faith comes by hearing(or reading) the word of God".

I don't assume anything.
I go by what the Bible says. Because I am a Christian the Holy Spirit lives within me. He is there to guide me. If I need a certain spiritual truth He is the one who sees to what I learn. When I ask for clarity of understanding He is the one who clears things up for me. He validates what the Bible says when I am ready to understand.
If you ask Jesus in complete sincerity to show you what the Truth is, He will do it!
He is not a 'sky fairy' as I have heard in here.
He is a real person and He loves you beyond measure. Ask Him.

Read the book "The Case for Christ" by Lee Strobel. He was at one time an athiest and an investigative reporter.

If is true in this way than it is true when it talks about who God is. And God in the beginning was the creator of all things in this universe, that it was good. By his creation of the world as it is today and it's ability to sustain life we can infer that he is defintely concerned with our daily wellfare in life.
There is only one God but he is big enough to take care of the totality of the universe from galazies down to the smallest superstring. And this includes the planet of man, earth, where currently there are over 6 billion people living at one time. And trillions more of other life forms that exist along with man.
He is big enough for all of this but yet he desires a personal relationship with me. Just as the single sun and its light is necessary for all living things to exist here on this earth. For without the sun, all llife on earth would cease to exist.
The Bible says there is only one God and his name is Jesus. Every believer knows their spiritual relatisnshp with Jesus is most important in their lives. I have direct contact with him myself daily. I guess my faith in God's word and my personal relationship with Jesus Christ is proof of my faith to any one else who asks me, including you.
