I sometimes get these tiny little bumps around my lower eye lid area and they look awful, what ould they be and how do I get rid of them? They do not hurt or anything just look like little pimples.

It is eye cream or make up residue. Try to clean the area every night with a mild eye make up remover (even if you dont wear make up).If it is not red, irritated or painful dont touch it,will only make it worse.
If the pimples are red but not paiful they make be caused by straining or crying (think when you go to the bathroom and you really need to strain, or if you "cry your eyes out").
If it is a problem that comes and goes, you need to think what precipitates this and avoid it.

It may be that you have old makeup
get some noewer, or a different kind, I had that too, and they started looking worse, and the doc said that I was wearing old foundation, and onceI thought about it, I had, had that foundation for like 3 months, your supposed to change it regually like all your makeup, jsut as you do your toothbrush, cause it do get old, and moldy..hope this herlps!

sounds like a common infection called a sty.
