Well, did you tell your parents you even had a test? When I was in school, I rarely told my parents when I had tests. I didn't do poorly on my tests, in fact I got mostly As, but C's and D's in my classes because I was too bored to do the homework, but I never told them when I had a test or when I had homework. They'd ask, but that didn't mean I had to give a direct answer. If you got an F on your test and your parents didn't know you had a test, why tell them at all? If your parents did know, just tell 'em straight out, suck up the criticism, say you'll try harder and go on with life as normal.

There's no easy way to tell them. Just bite the bullet and do it.

Based on your spelling and grammar, I’m surprised you’re not failing English too.

not sure of your reason for failing..if you didn;t study, lazy, didn't care...IDK..but if your having trouble with the lessons itself..as to getting whats going on...then tell them. I had the hardest time in math, but everything else was great. I explained to them, that I just didn;t get it...they understood and got me proper help.

I would always just get a pen and make my F a B. They were so proud. I'm a lawyer now.
