Oh yes!!! Man, its like in school, you just start to space out or something. Like the nights when I get too much or too little sleep, I start dozing off in Spanish...then I'm grumpy all day. But when I get exactly enough sleep, I'm fun and outgoing and ready for a zesty day!!(Not to mention I don't have friggin' circles under my eyes. Halle-fricken-luah.)

You are absolutely right. If I go 2-3 days just shorting myself by a couple of hours, I'm worthless at work, and I'm an accountant.
