I have it for a long time already cuz first i thought that it was just a calluse, and i had it for a long time and then i found out that it was a wart. I started to take some medications right after, but it doesnt seem like its helping, well its says on the bottle that its supposed to get bigger first that cuz it is pushed from the inside, and thats how u see that it works, but I dont know it feels like its never gonna go away. Im so tired of it. so what did you use to get rid of it.

Plantar warts do take a long time to leave you. The fastes and most permanent way is to have a doctor treat them. OTC stuff sometimes can cause complications of the healthy tissues that surround the wart, so be careful. Usually I use Tea Tree oil directly on the wart 2-3 times a day for 3 months. They go away with the tea tree oil, but it takes a while. Meanwhile, sleep well, and take vitamins. Your immune system works better if it is reved up!

It's been my experience that those wart freezer things don't work at all.

The wart removal pads DO work but take 3 to 4 times longer to get rid of the wart as the label says. Instead of 3 months it's more like 9. You have to change it often especially if it gets wet. and costs a fortune in the long run.
.
Planters warts are different and you should see a demotologist for that. I think it would be less costly in the long run and probably be cured faster.

Warts on the sole of the foot need to be removed by a doctor. This type of wart is called a plantar wart, and they often need to be removed surgically or by freezing them. If you have one for a long time, it can sometimes cause serious problems because they can grow inward into bone or other tissues. Also because they grow inward, medicines can't get to the part of the wart that has to be treated to get rid of it. Freezing them off just takes a a couple of seconds, and it stings a little, but really doesn't hurt.
