I am sorry to say this I think of that really really big woman at wal-mart yesterday with the painted on camel toeish (not that I looked It was very noticeable) green spandex jeans with half her crack showing and most of her wop biscuit (which is the effect of a mid-driff shirt with a roll of fat between the bottom of the shirt and top of pants) hanging out. My thought was "America's crack problem".

Well, my first guess would be about cocaine.
But a teacher I knew in high school has started saying that to both guys and girls who wear low riding pants. I guess I understand, it isn't something I want to see.....
But the catch phrase is gay. It reveals the immaturity and stupidity of the person saying it, not the immorality of the crack shower.

I assume that they are talking about drugs, but I have such a warped sense of humor most of the time.
When I read your question, the only thing that popped in my head, "Greenware".
When I'm teaching pottery or ceramics, I make this little joke about cleaning your greenware, so well that you squeeze the life out of it & it cracks. Yes, yes, I know this is so lame, but sometimes, I just can't help myself, "just say, NO to cracks!"
See, I told you it was lame.
