That is a totally hilarious question! Sometimes I feel like that too. I think it's an addiction! It's a really sneaky one that creeps up on you (which is why people usually get fat gradually over the years), but in the end it's an addiction all the same. Most people don't consider that a possibility I don't think, maybe because we need food to live unlike other addictive substances. But the fact is, there is some definite pleasure derived from eating things that we like, and before you know it, you're subconsciously addicted to that feeling.

i have read this book and it changed my life. its called NATURAL CURES THEY DONT WANT YOU TO KNOW ABOUT by Kevin Trudeau. its about the food and drug administration and how they are linked to congress and so on. in the book it explains about companies and how/why they make processed food, to where when you eat it, the food makes you get fat, chemically imbalance you (causes depression), makes you less full (so you will eat more), and also how it will cause cravings.
i would not be suprised if this might be where its coming from. A couple things:
-Buy the book asap, you wont regret it
-Try eating more/all organic food
it doesnt contain any of the harmful chemicals other food does
*the purpose of food is to give your body nutrition, not just to fill your stomach so ur not hungry.
- try a cleanse: it will help get all of the chemicals that you have put in your body from previous foods.

because food is yummy
but even eating healthy food non stop is not good for u
so just think about how it would be like being fat and tell yourself that thats where your heading if u don't stop
ignore some of the answers, alot are really mean they just want to get points for answering questions and aren't thinking about the person recieving them

i can testify ,it work's wonder's ,with no exercise ,but why not walk a little more ,or bike a little longer .
Go get you some NV it's a little on the expensive side around $27.00 both worth every penny.

its probably a psychological thing
so say to your self I am going to eat and eat and eat
dont stress about it but
the main thing is to eat the same old thing even if it is ice cream or saltine crackers keep eating the same thing and nothing else you will stop pretty fast

If you exercise a lot then you will need more calories for energy. If you are a gal, PMS? Does it to me every time! :D If it is really bothering you go to the doctor, could be hypoglycemia or something.
