Biore Pore Strips....not sure if I spelled it right. They are these little white strips that you get wet and then stick to your nose. You wait for them to dry and then you gently peel it off. It is kinda like duct tape, it pulls out all of the crap that is cloging your pores. It won't make your pores smaller, just cleans them out. There really isn't much you can do for large pores. Good luck to you. BTW, I am 26 and still have bad skin too.
Edit: you can find them in the store near the face creams and stuff like that.

Ugh! I absolutely know what you mean! This has been a problem for me since Jr High!!! Drives me freakin' nuts.

My dermatologist says 10% benzoyl peroxide cream. I use it (Clean & Clear brand), and it does seem to lighten them. I don't know if it actually eliminates them but I have to stop after a few days because my nose starts to peel.

Masks and scrubs don't work for blackheads. They only help with pore size, and even barely with that. But scrubs are a great addition to skin care (exfoliation is important) so don't stop using them.

Sunscreen, cosmetics, and moisturizers all exaserbate the problem (non-comedogenic or not, at least for me.) I won't stop using sunscreen, though. Rather have blackheads than a sunburn (or worse.)

If you can, try to get facials regularly. A facial should include extraction so your nose will be part of that. *not pleasant, but the results are worth it.* If the facialist can teach you how to do the extraction by yourself, safely, then you can do it yourself at home.

*Always remember that squeezing a blackhead or a pimple on your nose can actually be dangerous. There are a ton of nerves on there and you can do some serious damage. Plus you've got to have squeaky clean skin and never use your bare hands. Steaming your face first helps soften everything up for easier extraction.*

Darn blackheads. They're such a pain!

Good luck.

at your age stress and diet have a lot to do with acne.

I have a 32 yr. old friend and she has BAD acne like teenage boy status if you get the picture.

For her it's because she eats greasy pizza a whole medium 1-2 times a week she's not overweight. And her family puts TONS of stress on her by treating her like their Servant.

no matter what she does as far a facial cleansers it keeps coming back. So take a look at your life and see if there is any room to make Healthier changes DO it! it can't hurt :D

Cleanse your face with unboiled milk, gently rub a coarse cloth dipped in milk to remove the blackheads. Steam your face with herbs like lavender, lemon peel and mint leaves added to the water and let the skin soak up its goodness. 1] try Biore pore strips
2] use Aapri or St Ives apricot scrub, three times a week
3] use only facial wash, toner, sunscreen, and moisturizer for YOUR skin type
4] avoid all fried, fast, and junk food - even diet junk food
5] drink 1/2 gallon of water a day
6] use only non comedogenic makeup [ doesn't cause zits ]

I dont think blackheads have anything to do with age...they are just dirt that gets clogged in the pores...and anyone can get that...just take a really hot shower...and then squeeze them ...lol its gross but it works...

Neutrogena rapid clear gel. Mine never budged until 6 weeks of this. It takes a while, but it works. And they stay gone.
