I believe Hell is a human invented scare tactic designed to keep people in line. It is totally inconsistent with a moral and ethical god.

Think about it - would it take a Good God or an Evil Devil to send somebody to Hell just for not believing in all the right things.

Free your mind !!!

Hmm. I remember from my christian days reading in the bible that nobody gets to heaven or hell until judgement day - otherwise what's the point of judgement day? The assertion that people are going to hell now is internally inconsistent with the bible.

Another way of looking at it is that anyone who calculates the number of people in hell is very disturbed.

My thoughts are: If you believe in the calculation that someone made about the number of souls that get sent to hell on a daily basis, you are more far gone than any drug ever took me. Are you holding?

If you believe that people are already in hell and or heaven how do you explain the resurrections? If there is already a judgment what purpose do you think the resurrections would serve? I don't believe any of it but I do know what is in the bible.

Do these figures factor in those under the age of accountability? The infant and child mortality is very high in the Hindu and Islamic countries because they are so backward that God has to call home those who would believe the Gospel if givena chance before they are accountable.

Yikes...now some loser is going to call me mean and call God despicable for suggesting that God would take someone into His presence for eternity to give them a chance. Just plain hateful huh?

But you believe in abortion and mercy killings...right?

Take your Prozac and go to bed.

Knowing the pain and suffering that awaits those souls, I rather not think about it.

I would rather hope that there is hope.

But many go down the broader path...which leads to hell eventually. As for thinking about the number daily, I try not to.

More bad math, like William Dembski and information theory. Yuck.

That someone has a lot of time on his or her hands that would be better spent on getting a life. Hell is a bunch of B.S. Surely you must, in your heart of hearts, realize that.

lol, this is ridiculous, and really I think it's sad. They are preaching to the choir on this one as I would truly hope this type of information is not used as a witnessing tool. Gods peace
