The best way to stay attractive is to take care of yourself: Exercise, drink plenty of water, eat healthy, study and learn, and have a happy, thankful heart. If you do that, there won't be an age. Women do lose their looks gradually. Some start earlier some start later, but if you take care of yourself, but don't become self-centered, you will always be attractive to others.

The BEST time- is always NOW... SO many women think that once they've corralled their "Trophy Guy"- they can gain 40 pounds, let their skin dry out, & let their Appearance go to "seed" (leaving them to "wonder" -10 years later- why their guy ran off with a younger woman!). Sure it's "unfair" that men tend to age more gracefully than women. But if women don't take care of themselves, & they ARE left in the "lurch" in their 40s for whatever reason- what CHANCE are they going to have finding another Guy who doesn't JUST want them for their money??! Women should treat what they HAVE- as though it won't last forever...-Because the Reality IS, it WON'T, if they don't take care of it... :)

You should always take care of your looks. Aging is caused by genetics, body stress, and too much sun. Thats why you see 45 year olds that look 20 and vice versa. You are still at a good age to reverse the damage.

You should start at a young age. By eating healthy.. lots of fruits and veggies and a lot of water... you will notice a big difference on your skin.
You start to lose your attractiveness when you stop taking care of yourself.
Look at Demi Moore... she's an older lady but she looks amazing because she takes care of herself.

I don't know about you but I've been taking care of mine since i was 10. My grandmother taught me to first and foremost always care for my skin (cleaning, toners, moisturizing etc), keep my hair healthy and done, and to keep in style with my wardrobe. At sixteen I learned about mascara, lip liner, and gloss, and I don't plan to start wearing full face make up until absolutely necessary. Until then there is nothing wrong with a concealer over the pimple scar. If you haven't been doing the basic things to care for yourself I suggest you get to a department store makeup counter ASAP and ask them how to apply makeup to get the look you want and how to get it off and take care of your skin.

Relax. you're only 22. I know women in their mid 40's who are more youthful in their appearance and more in shape than most women who are 1/2 their age. They exercise 3-5 times per week, eat healthy, and live healthy. That's the real secret.

At Birth!
You young people today do every thing possible wrong. You bake in the sun, never wear sunscreen, eye cream, smoke, drink, eat crap, don't sleep then expect plastic surgery to fix everything.
The late Barbara Cartland knew a thing or two. She never took the sun, she even used a parasol.
And when she died, at about 120, her skin was very pale, but it was also remarkable unlined.

You should have been taking care of your looks as a child. I don't take vitamins like I should but I drink alot of water which assists in flushing your body of harmful wastes. Also eating healthy most of the time...not all of the time.

they should not. But they see everybody doing the same and the worry too.
I've seen women that are more than than just decent looking and they still worry about their beauty.
Telemarketers are making a lot of money on this. I hate that.
