I'm not complaining but just wondering why. I'm a sophomore in college this year and guys have been starting to ask me out and want to hang out with me. I haven't done anything with my looks, i look pretty much the same. I go out about the same amount. I don't really know what it is.
In High school I only had one guy intreasted in me the whole four years. And last year I only had a handful of guys. But so far this year I've had more guys approach me than High school and last year combine.
why??

It's possible that they are FINNALY maturing and beginning to realise there is more to women than what they see. While you may not notice the subtle differences in your appearances or behaviors, you can fully expect that they will not go unnoticed. Theres any number of reasons why your getting more attention than before. If you have slept with one of them then they might have felt the need to brag about it. Maybe your still filling out and the guys are just now noticing. Who can say.

Guys are getting more confident to take interest in you. Ive never had very much male attention. I never even dated in high school. and i dont think we missed out- all that relationship drama would have driven me crazy. i just had fun with friends-guys and girls. But basically, i just think the pool in college is bigger (of guys that is) and there are so many more different and more confident ppl that there is someone for everyone. plus even tho u havent seen a difference in yourself, you prob changed in lil ways over the years that you never noticed-but that the guys are noticing now.

Or is it just because now you are in college?
Or maybe the right guy was not at the high school for you.
Whatever reason, you may never know. So just be careful with the entire dating thing.

High school boys are too shallow and they don't know what they want. At college years they become more mature. And you probably have changed. You cannot notice that when you look at yourself in the mirrow every day.

I'd say the guys that have asked you out have reached a higher maturity level than the guys you knew in high school, and that they just have more confidence in asking you out.

have you stopped really noticing what you're doing?
my guess would be you've accepted that guys aren't going to be all over you and you're ok with that, you're still going to go out and keep living.
guys can detect the confidence change, and confidence is key.
