Talk to his doc. I posted earlier b/c I have a weird drug concoction like this and just found out my liver is screwed up. Lorazepam and bupropion work against each other as far as I know.
Don't freak, but research, print and go to the doctor with him.
Good luck :)

Lorazepam (ativan) is a benzodiazepine used for anxiety. Buproprion (wellbutrin) is an antidepressant. Codine is a narcotic pain reliever. Cyclobenzprine (Flexaril) is a muscle relaxer. Now, he may experience some slowing to his breathing pattern if he is taking the codine and the ativan at the same time and the flexaril and the ativan may make him sleepy. Sleepy is a good thing, as the wellbutrin may be keeping him awake. Check with the doctor or pharmacist about other interactions, however, if the same doctor prescribed all of these medications, he should be aware. The same is true if the same pharmacy filled the prescriptions. Hope this was helpful!

Get a scan and take a look at his liver and kidneys... if he's been taking all of that for more than a year....

Wow. What is wrong with him that his doctor would prescribe all that? He better not be taking it recreationally. That combo would be for someone with severe pain managment issues. Yikes.
