There are a lot of scams online preying on folks with bad credit looking for loans. Many will want some kind of up front fee and the interest rates will all be horrid.
Instead of taking out a loan, make yourself a strict budget and save up for whatever you want. You don't help your poor credit with more debt.

Well, if you have bad credit, then why would you expect to get a loan? You might try getting a second job, or selling something on ebay, or having a garage sale.

Honey, first off you can do whatever you want. I just took out a load with citi back student loans for my college tution. I think no matter what they will let you take one out.
