I'm 21 year old, having higher levels of estrogen, and my questions is if it would be SAFE for a 20 year old guy to take nettle root, chrysin -anti-aromatase, resveratrol-anti aromatase, or maca root in order to boost testosterone levels and prevent any fat buildup and decrease gynecomastia.

It's very hard for me to bulid muscle, and feel energetic. However, when I take resveratrol and maca, I can feel my waist disappering, and gynecomastia going down. When I stop, it goes back up again.

What would YOU recommend?

Stop! Do not take testosterone to boost the masculinising effects. If your body has too much testosterone, it will convert the excess to estrogen. Your mood will be swinging all over the place and you could place your life in serious jeopardy. Speak to a specialist and find out why you body has too much estrogen in the first place.

There are a whole host of reasons for this. Some of the reasons could be easily resolved, whilst others will need a little more work. Solutions that come to mind include anything from lifestyle changes, to estrogen blockers. As to the cause of this issue, there are many and include things like having a chromosome issue, gonad problem, tumour and an over active gland.

Resveratrol and Maca helped mice and dairy animals. Effects on humans is not proved.

I think I would recommend you to seek professional help. I also recommend that you stop taking anymore medication that will not treat the underlying issue. It can negatively affect your secondary sexual characteristics causing sterility or maybe alopecia.
