Although they were made perfect, Satan and the other angels were also made with free will. They chose not to follow God, which is a sin against the holy spirit.

There was a time, just like with a perfect Adam and Eve in the garden, where there was perfection but free choice. Angels like Satan choose to rebel against God and were thrown out. Now there is no sin in Heaven.

Ah, good question. Now you have a reason to want to go to Heaven and find out the answer.
Friends have ask me what are some questions I would ask God when I get to Heaven. I always wanted to know if God laughed when Jonah got mad over the vine in Jonah 4:5-9.
I not think I want to bring up what happened between God and Satan. Not really want to ask what happened in the Garden of Eden. But, I admit, I do have a small amount of curiosity.

That was in the past (that Lucifer sinned)
Apparently the angels were made with free will and that included the possibility of sin.
In the fiture those who enter heaven will be given God's Peace, Grace and an eternal spirit body that is unable to sin.
It is in God's perfect plan, accept and glorify God for it.

Satan had free choice, just as we do. We can choose to follow God or something else. Satan wanted to be God. God doesn't force anyone to obey and that includes Satan. And I don't know that we have a correct idea about perfection as Jesus taught it.

We are made perfect on the earth by salvation. God does it for us. Heaven is perfect.God is in control. Jesus came to make us so as well.

The angels had free will, some fell to corruption and were kicked out. But on earth we decide whether we will surrender our free will and follow God's law, or whether we will live for ourselves and join the fallen angels. Simple?

You refer to 2 different times,,,,Heaven ,,as you understand it, is YET to come. And remember that Michael and his angels will defeat SATAN and drive him from there, NEVER to have access there anymore

They won't be there they will be cast into the lake of fire to be tormented forever. Why do you think that they will be in heaven? Its kinda clear in revelations where they will be.

Reading is fundamental and a mind is a terrible thing to waste.
Peace be unto you.
