I can't speak for other atheists, although I also have no belief in any supernatural entity (call it/him what you will). But I will happily provide a little insight into what I do believe.
I believe that while people are imperfect, and often do terrible wrongs to one another, people can still overcome their worst tendencies. And we can do this by using our intellectual and emotional capacities as thinking, feeling, creatures that have evolved through vast uncertainties and challenges. Evolution has resulted in sensitive, emotionally coherent, sentient creatures: us. it's true we don't always use the better gifts of evolution, but there's still hope. Such hope is NOT to be found in an improbable sky god (or any deity) or heaven, but rather right here, right now in people's actions.
We have demonstrable proof of this. From the time that philosophy (in the Western sense) was invented around the around 600 BCE in the Greek-speaking areas, we have discovered a tool to counter supernatural belief. What is this tool? In a word, Reason. Or perhaps, Skepticism. All the modern technological conveniences, all of modern medicine, mathematics, biology, geography, history, and democracy-- all these had their origins or greatest flowerings because of Reason. Not supernatural belief.
Do I believe in anything other than religion and god. Yes, I do. I believe in my capacity to be better than what any religion might restrict me to. I believe in our ability to rise above nonsense and destructive faith-based teachings that have been demonstrated to be in error. I believe that people can raise themselves from barbaric supernatural believers into truly civilized creatures that are willing to look at life and our world as it is, without the impediment of any religious nonsense getting in the way.
That's what I believe. But there are days when I confess I come close to despair. Believers everywhere are threatening each other over their beliefs. Fundamentalists of all stripes are the biggest threat to ourselves.

of course, there are Black Jews too. there is unquestionably a Jewish community I had the prospect to correspond with in Africa. Jews are commonplace human beings. There are even Jews that dislike Jews, they're observed as Self -Hating Jews (somebody spent 2 seconds coming up with that label) yet to the element. i might think of that through fact the Jewish community is making an attempt to advance lower back there's a great form of emphasis on marriage between 2 Jews. Jews have been plenty and few and lots and few in the process the a protracted time. you may even see greater of a concentration on renovation and regrowth in some cultures, religions, or techniques of life through great slaughter of human beings decrease than the 0.33 Reich. - i'm no longer speaking approximately basically the Jewish human beings, there have been many taken to their graves for no reason different then ill twisted loopy suggestions that different ill twisted human beings listened to.

I don't actually believe in religion or God. That's what makes me an atheist.
There are things I believe that I can't back up with empirical data or rational evidence, however.
I believe that Bruce Campbell is a great actor, despite evidence to the contrary.
I believe that Coke is superior to Pepsi, even though rationally I know that they're both barely a step above malted battery acid.
I believe that ventriloquist dummies are evil, and should be burned and stomped and tortured, and burned again.
I believe that my kitty loves me, even though I know that if she could figure out how to work the can opener, she would happily murder me in my sleep.
and most importantly of all...
I believe I need another drink.

Yes. I believe in my husband who is doing a wonderful job with the business here at home. I also believe that my 3 sons can be very successful with what ever job they choose. I believe that if worse comes to worse that our government cannot protect us here in America, we Americans will have to take it into our own hands to defend ourselves from the enemy. I believe that the ACLU can be stopped. I believe that there are liberals that can become conservatives. I could go on and on. I believe that each and every one of us will be judged by GOD. Had to slip that one in.

The world in general, try to believe in humanity...
I've always liked paranormal stuff...love Ghost Hunters on Scifi. Not necessarily a believer of such things, always a skeptic, but...were 'ghosts' in any sense a part of reality, I don't associate it with a deity or any religious stuff. Rather maybe part of this world in some sense that we don't understand. I've had a number of possible bits of evidence of 'ghostly' activity, and none of any deities.

Not an atheist, yet, but talk with many.
They believe in the things that have been scientifically proven through evidence, and they will accept the possibility or probability of those things which evidence suggests put doesn't neccesarily prove

I believe in a Source.
I believe that Source is the Field of Potential.
I believe there is unlimited Potential available to Man.
I believe we are Intended to Manifest the Potential available to us.
I believe we are given unlimited Opportunities to do so.
I believe few of us have a clue.

Absolutely. We learn to believe in ourselves, trust ourselves, and take responsibility for our own future and actions.
Truly, this is the only way to live, entrusting such an important thing as your life to an spherical myth is just laughable when you use the power of logical reasoning.
