Godel's Incompleteness Theorem essentially points out that any system of logic which is self-proving is inconsistent and any consistent system of logic cannot be self-proving.
As such, every system of logic, and therefore of truth, must rest on one or more unprovable axioms. However, one need not 'believe' an axiom to 'hold' it.
For example, given the two following, "X+2=X, 7*X=7", answer me what "1+2" and "7*5" are. The correct answer, given those axioms, are 1 and 7, not 3 and 35 as would be expected of standard arithmetic (after all, we've redefined the symbols). We know that the two axioms are false, but I can 'hold' them as true long enough to come to a logical conclusion based upon them.

When your usually right it is considered the truth. You have to have all true elements to consider something the truth. When you know for sure that it is the truth you have to believe in it with all your heart mind and soul. If You teacher ask you whats 5-5 you will say 0. Why? because you have true knowledge of how much 5-5 comes out to. But if you second guess your self and your not sure that means that you do not have strong belief about your answer leaving you with no true knowledge. Knowledge is absolute facts that lead to truth. You can not have contradiction or any false elements to consider something the truth. God also gave us Science in order for mankind to understand why and how something is considered truth. And one more thing Truth can be proving no matter what.

Pretty much it is about belief. Everything that has been written was written by man. So you have to sort through the writings and find out what fits your puzzle of belief.
The teachers are the experiences you have personally. The writings and beliefs will help you have the experiences.
Kind of like going to grade school. You have to put forth and effort to learn about before you can understand enough to question and learn more or to open avenues to have spiritual experiences. If you seek, you will find. If you do not, then you will be like and ostrich with your head in the sand and life will pass you by without you having a clue.
If you only knew how important a clue can be.

My opinion is that it is not possible to know the "truth" in regard to any of the unanswerable questions concerning the existence or nonexistence of god, the afterlife, the origin of the Universe (creation by design or chance?), the meaning of life, whether everything happens for a reason, predestination or free will, etc. How can we ever know with certainty what the situation is beyond this "reality"? Faith, however devout the believers, is not truth but simply a theological concept which is open to skepticism. I am agnostic, incapable of accepting the unprovable as truth.

We are build to apprehend reality - sometimes the mechanism is faulty - if it was too faulty, we can make the hypothesis that our ancester would not have survived long -
We can get some data, find a pattern - our brain is very good at it - and always try to suggest cause/effect link between things. Hard to say if it always get it right - sometimes correlation between action A and action B does not mean that A caused B or B caused A ( action C could have caused both, or action C and D... )
To answer your question would require defining more precisely each of its terms.
Good luck.

The scripture simply says:
'Ask and ye shall receive, Seek and ye shall find, knock and it shall be opened unto you"
They, further say:
"If shall ask [and seek] with a sincere heart, with real intent [meaning, that you will act on your finding], having faith in Christ, He will manifest the truth of it unto you by the power of the Holy Ghost.
And by the power of the Holy Ghost ye may know the truth of ALL things"
Now that's an incredible promise!
God will testify through His Eternal Spirit - the Holy Ghost - to your eternal spirit [within you] the truth of anything you desire to know ... but I'm sure that even you will determine for yourself, when inquiring, whether what you ask is 'worthy' knowledge, and if you have real intent to put your new-found knowledge to good use.
If you have real intent and it is righteous intent, I can promise you, the Holy Ghost will teach you all things whatsoever ye desire to know, for your desire shall be holy and productive.

Jesus Christ is not a belief, he is the truth.
You are allowed to think for yourself, as a person made in the image of God.

NO. Its impossible to know everything or know the truth about anything, or about God, Himself, by human efforts alone. Only God knows and can help us with "seeing and understanding all truth, to LIFE, and the ways of the world.
Yes, you got to have complete FAITH or BELIEVE in LORD, Jesus Christ as LORD and Savior, in order to "see" God's truth (understand His word). The truth spoke by His people, are inspired by Him, thu the Holy Spirit.

It depends on what you're talking about. But most of it's belief. In less you have proof that you may be right, But that's all belief to.

"I think, therefore I am". Everything else is technically a belief, because it could all be an illusion. There are certain things I assume are true (axioms), such as what I see is real, hear is real, etc. If they aren't, it isn't going to matter too much anyway.
