Don't confront the guy unless you have proof. You could be stirring up problems in your relationship for no reason at all. I was in a relationship with a guy that was always on the road and my insecurity kept me believing in the worst. Everyone around me kept saying that because he was working on the road all the time then I shouldn't trust that he wasn't messing around. I let my imagination get the best of me with no proof at all. I kept accusing him and he kept denying but I wouldn't let it go. We eventually broke up an otherwise good relationship behind it and until this day I still don't know if he was cheating or not and I keep asking myself..."what if he wasn't?"

No, don't confront him. The chances of him telling you if he is, is almost zero. I've learned that I can almost always trust my gut though, if I think he is, chances are good that he is. Do some checking, see where he is spending his time, who he's calling, who's spending time at his house....then take the appropriate action.
