This is because diet drugs do not help with sustained weight loss. In fact 2 in 3 so called dieters of this type end up heavier! The trick to losing weight is ti increase energy expenditure PERMANENTLY! This means no less than 30 minutes of vigorous exercise 5 days a week for ever!

Forget medicine...get off your tail and burn more calories than you take in. I personally find it impossible to say no to the foods that I love, but by eating less of them and exercising more, I've been able to drop over 30 lbs. with no pills.

ask a doctor (or maybe a pharmacist if u dont wanna pay) for a supplement to your diet and exercise. dont just take stuff uninformed, though, if exercise isnt working. theres nothing wrong w/ asking for a pill, though
