If you want to get cut up or toned. Then I suggest you start slow. Low weight and a lot of reps. Riding a bike and jogging are also really good ways to lose weight. Also stair climbing. I would work on your upper body one day and your lower body the next, maybe throw in a jog on the days you just focus on your upper body. Do not over do it though because, you will wear yourself out and get very fatigue and not want to keep to your daily work out. I would take the weekends off to rest, but do not ever take off more than 78 hours. This will cause youe muscle to lose what you have worked so hard for. You will lose strenght. Good luck.

I exercise, every other day. You need a break, especially if you lift weights. You can do cardio every day walk or run on the treadmill, or the elliptical machine. I belong to a gym.
