and I'm kind of afraid to. I am a raw vegan so I mostly get my protein from nuts, which is all I have at the moment. But I'm afraid that if I eat them I'll blow up[like gain weight] since I have only been eating fruits and veggies all week. Do you think I'll be ok eating the nuts? Thank you.

I don't eat raw meat.
Raw vegan:
Vegan as in no meat, no dairy, no animal products period.,
Raw as in uncooked, unprocessed, unpasteurized, in its natural state, [like fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and legumes.]

Your brain and body need protein. Find a source. Try soy protein, eat the nuts. Something.

No, you still need the protein. You can get it from egg whites. You really don't have to eat red meat.

a handful of nuts a day is good for you. anything extra is weight gain.

You had better get some protein in you. Your body requires it.
