Just a loaf of French bread, crusty on the outside, soft as butter in the center, with a chunk of cheese and a bottle of wine.....that's euphoria, Heaven on earth, food for the soul. Whoever said "Man cannot live on bread alone" was dead wrong!

Cheese toast - with seriously sharp white Vermont cheddar.
