I work 35 hours per week, and keep get putting off when they will be giving me benefits. Is there any law that requires this?

Not health insurance, they're only required to provide you with workers compensation.

No, there's no law that requires your employer to give you benefits. If there's a contract involved, it might have requirements for benefits Otherwise, they aren't required to provide them. It would be fair of them to say so, though, rather than just put you off - they should be willing to tell you what their policy is.

Nope. Employers are not obligated to offer health insurance as a benefit to employees.
