The law that states that it is now a federal crime for a student to refer to their parent as mom or dad in the classroom because gays, grandparents raising children or single parents might find it offensive?

I really want you to read the bottom article, is this what you want your 5 year old to be learning, and do you think this is reverse discrimination?

It is true. I just looked it up . I think I am going to seriously think about getting out of California. And the secular society accuses Christians of shoving morality down their throats? Is this not shoving your morality down my throat? So even if you have a Christian non-profit that believes these sexual practices are in-moral you can be forced to hire people who believe different or perhaps face being sued. What happen to freedom in this country?

Sounds like an urban legend. Why not post a link to the law, I'm sure the California state government has a website with that information in it.

It is the stupidest law I have ever heard and people will be pulling their kids from public school faster than anything---I think this might have been the objective all along.
Well, if things keep going the way they have down there, it will be no surprise when California breaks off and sinks into the sea huh?

I see someone reads World Nut Daily.
Read the law itself and tell me where it says that.
This is all based on a biased report/editorial from John Farah's neocon online tabloid, World Nut Daily.

I drive a school bus. One 3rd grader told me the city in which her brother lives. A different one than does she. She seemed a little embarrassed but she kept smiling. I don't think we give children enough credit. They can except differing lives better than can us adults.

How can the California legislature pass laws about Federal Crimes?
As for this supposed law -- I don't believe it exists. Please cite your source.
I think you are confused.

How very disappointing. This has been a long time coming and I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

Pathetic, thats what I think, the homosexual agenda has taken the terminator and retired him. Although in California this has become what the rest of the US expects. No fear of God whatsoever, the Bible says the fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools depise wisdom and instruction. Proverbs 1:7, may God have mercy on us all.

Arnold doesn't pass laws. Most he can do is sign them after they're passed
