Do you mean ready to whelp? That would be cutting it close but it could be possible. Just being pregnant would not cause this behavior. More likely though is that it is just a nice, secure "cave".

she might have something wrong like an infection or parasites, next time she comes out pick her up and feel her all over to see if she acts like anything hurts, look in her ears and it her mouth. if she gets cranky, yelps, or nips somethings wrong and you should take her to the vet. the guy dog is keeping her company because his friend is sick.
or she might be going into heat and is hiding because the guy dog knows and is waiting to jump her, she probably doesn't want to get pregnant again, it's a lot of work and exhausting. you should have her spayed, it's not good for her to have litters twice a year. unless i suppose if she has been eating the best foods, cleared of parasites and is up to date on her shots she might be ok, otherwise it's a risk to her and the puppies survival.
does she look pregnant? has she been in heat since her last pregnancy? were the puppies healthy? are the dogs related? there's just so many question i could ask. hopefully everything is fine with her, maybe it's nice and warm under there, is there a heat vent nearby?

I have never heard of hiding under the bed as a sign of pregnancy in dogs.
Where did you get the idea your dog might be pregnant because she is hiding under the bed?
Please get your dogs spayed and neutered to save us from the questions that you will inevitably ask if the dog is pregnant.

First of all the person who used Jesus' name in vain IS THE RETARD. Secondly fix one or both there are resources offering little to no cost help with that. Take her to the vet. You should know if she's about to whelp or not her teats would be an obvious way of noticing. She may be very sick and being a pack dog he is staying with her. She's probably the Alpha. Be responsible alter them.

How can you keep two unfixed dogs of the opposite sex under the same roof?
Please spay and neuter your dogs - or at LEAST one of them if you can't afford it - as soon as possible.
You said she was pregnant six months ago...where are the puppies?

Your Vet is your best source of answers now. You can have the pregnancy terminated if there is one and then have your dogs speutered.
You don't talk at all about what might be causing your dogs to hide. What do you think might be causing that?

As a true expert on dogs hiding under the bed, I'd say that both dogs are prego, or more politely put "prignent".
Best of luck!!
Perhaps sometimes in the future, you may consider fixing them both.
What a revolutionary idea!!!

Are either of the dogs spayed/neutered? And why would she stay under the bed?

(To the person above me) You are a Christian, all concerned about using Jesus' name in Vain, and you are walking around calling people retards?
To answer your question, I agree with everyone else, get one or both of your dogs altered, what were you thinking getting two dogs of the opposite sex and not getting them altered?
