My big brother beats me up all the time, not just messing with me, he hits me in my kidney's, my jaw, and my stomach, and he says thats "it's toughening me up" but i really want to beat the crap out of him

He is huge, he played foootball for 2 years, he bench presses 450 and he is huge, i tried punching him in the stomach, but it broke my finger!

Continuously getting hit on your internal organs is dangerous. Your parents should really intervene and put a stop to this behavior.
This is not "toughening" you up... it's abuse!
If your parents don't think it's serious, grab a pipe and go to work, "toughening" him up.
I would call his "fists" to your "pipe" "even"!
Crack him across his teeth with it. He will never mess with you again.

theres no magic words that'll turn you into Jet Li. sorry. i say fight him back. don't cower into fetal position. try and block his punches and hit him back. what you need is some good judo or grappling moves to incapacitate him. fight back or maybe you could call for mommy. eiher is your choice. but i say give him a good surprise shot to the stomach right below the sternum.

Is he old enough to get out of your house if so tell your parents to kick him out.
Please tell your parents the situation .
I think he is just trying to make himself look like a badass but in reality he is a scared punk.
So i say knock his butt out or just punch him so hard he understand you mean business.
