Well really having any food in your tummy,, especially show foods and milk!! is bad. All the motion just jolts the food around and it ends up comin at at one time or another, i suggest that you go on the rollercoaster before you eat, but if you really must try eating healthy foods that dont make you feel so crappy, like fruit and veg or salad sandwhiches.

Personally, I like to eat a lot before I go on a roller coaster because I don't get sick on roller coasters, so there you go, I guess it kinda depends what your body likes to do with the food!!!!!!!!

depends on what your goal is....

if you want to get sick, then eat a lot of greasy foods, anything heavy enough to make your stomach uneasy before you even get on the ride.

if you dont want to get sick, then eat light meals. dont fill yourself up either. stay away from grease and sugars. its kinda hard when you are at an amusement park, but there are places there that serve food thats light on your stomach.

I don't like to eat anything before going on rides. I don't want to be the one getting sick on people. That would suck.

Nothing. If you're really hungry or something then I guess you could eat something light like fruits and veggies, or a little bit of candy if you're at a park. NO MEAT. NO BAKERY STUFF.

Lots of fish. It helps your gallbladder adjust to sharp falls and other rapid motion.
