you don't need to lose weight, you need to tone! Everyone stores fat in a certain area, yours is your belly. Sit ups, crunches, ab strengthening machines/exercises, all will help. You might ask a trainer or someone for specific exercises

I am 5'5 and 135 lbs...... I am not fat... I am not considered fat. I don't see myself as fat... You are almost 50 lbs thinner than I am.

If your stomach does stick out it could be a couple of things.... Are you are suffering from starvation (ever look at the starving kids in Africa? They are sticks with large stomachs.)? Do you have very loose muscles? You may need to work on tightening your muscles - when I work out and work on my abs they tighten up. The tighter they are, the less you have to "hold them in". They hold themselves in. Another reason may be a medical reason. Do you have IBS? Or LGS? (IBS -irritable bowl syndrome, LGS- leaky gut syndrome)? Sometimes those can cause a "large gut".

Or, could you have a bad body image? Maybe you just think it is sticking out?

Either way, you are EXTREMELY thin and shouldn't worry about it unless you think it is a health issue.

Frankly I am a bit worried about you if you are wondering if you are fat at 95 lbs. Good luck, be careful, and most of all love your self.

It doesn't sound like you need to lose weight. Try this for 30 days or longer until it is a habit.

Sit up straight anytime you sit down. Keep your tummy in.

Ask your doctor if it is safe for you to do abdominal exercises before you do them.

Stretch before doing any excercises, and only do those recommended by your doctor and a certified excercise trainer.

There are many type of excercises for the abs, but some are not good for your back.

You need to tone up your body, simple things like bicycle riding or horseback riding should do the trick & besides it is a lot of fun.
Roller skating is also good and the fresh air would be great for you, with the wonderful autumn weather, now.
You could do sit-ups, but that is ever so boring.
If you have access to a trampoline, just jumping and holding your stomach in will help.

You can do some light sit ups, then do more and more each day (or week) and in a while you should flatten out nicely. Don't worry about a little bit of tummy, it's a good thing to not be super thin (makes keeping a baby better when you want to have one). Don't worry, we all think we look worse than we do. I'm sure you are very pretty and your friends likely are jealous of how great you look!

i find it kinda hard to believe that your weighing 95 lbs and your stomach sticks out. If it does im almost positive that its not fat, some people have stoamchs that are built to pudge out a little.

you might try toning up a but with an exersice/resistance ball but there is a good chance it wont go away

Do situps for the upper abs, and leglifts for the lower abs.(pooch). And keep holding it in at all times. This tension on the ab muscles is a good thing, and will help to tone them, in between the exercises.

I dont think its fatness, I think its extra skin. Just do cardio work outs. Ex; run/walks/jog, jump rope......thats all I can think of. Just make sure not to work out your abs (if you have fat) because the ab muscles actually push your fat out so it will make your stomach pop out even more. I'm pretty sure its just extra skin because your weight for your height is really below average so your not fat.

Modify your diet and do lots of crunches and sit ups. Holding it in is also a good isometric toning exercise....Good Luck!

Also, avoid excessive alcohol consumption, that will put a "belly" on you faster than anything.
