It's not entirely wrong to be attracted to her, a lot of guys are. Just don't try anything =)

According to the answers posted so far, it would appear that many people would harshly judge you for being attracted to your cousin or acting on that feeling. Surprisingly though, if you wanted to marry your first cousin you could legally do it in Europe, Canada, Mexico and in 26 of the 50 states in the US.
I've attached a couple of links with some interesting facts/ideas on cousin marriages. Personally, I don't think it is wrong.

Well it's not wrong. Focusing on the rightness or wrongness of these things keeps them in obsession/fantasy land. Think rather of the logistics of the whole thing and then make a decision on wether or not you want to pursue this. People WILL talk if you try to go for something like this, basically you will have to keep your romance a secret from friends scince this is so socially unacceptable. Your family may even forbid it. So if a romance full of ducking, dodging and fighting people and feeling like a social outcast most of the time is OK with you, then go for it.
Do you really believe that this cousin of yours possesses some special/magical quality that the other less risky people in your life don't? Or is it just easier to project fantasy onto her because he/she seems so out of reach? Or does it look attractive because it's a big F-U to someone you're angry at?
Please ponder these questions.

hey, waitaminute ..... theres nothing wrong in being attracted to your cousin, as there is nothing wrong in being attracted to almost everyone, what would be wrong depends on what you decide to do with that attraction, I once made out with mine when we were teenagers, no harm done, shes married now and we are still best friends. You should know that if you go all the way with your cousin and you are catholic, you must get a vatican permission to get married. and it costs a lot, trust me! other than that i strongly recommend to find other subjects outside your family, it gets really messy when parents find out, you dont want to get there.......

Very wrong- incest.
The increased risk of birth defects and rare diseases because weak traits are strengthened by connecting them with the same gene.
But you did say "attracted" not in love with so- keep it at attracted and don't act on it, it will probably creep your cousin out.

It is wrong at all times. But it is okay if you are attracted to your cousin. It is no one's buisness anyway.

well its not really a good thing to be attracted to your cousin..but as long as you dont take it further then its not as bad.
Just keep your feelings towards her/him to yourself, and try and find someone else to get attracted to.

It depends of your age. It might be just admiration. Not really attraction.
Is this more like something you want to be like her/him?
