It means: No way, girl!
Nel (or nele) is slang for "no".
Esa is the feminine form of "ese" = dude.
BTW: Simón is slang for "sí".

Hello, well, nel is NO, but in a very informal, only spoken between mexicans i guess, and the word esa, would be something like dude, but in the female gender, its used most when the pachucos and chicanos speak, like

Whats up ese/esa (ese for man, esa for woman)

Nel esa is not Mexican Spanish. It is the kind of Spanish chicanos speak in the US, they do not speak like here in México.

At any rate, I would say that nel esa means: No way, girl!

Oye el negrito, seguramente sí tratas de hablar el español correctamente, pero ni tu inglés escrito es correcto. ¡Qué risa! Te dejo este símbolo: ', para que cortes/pegues en tus escritos.
Hasta luego.

First lets clarify one thing for lots of people, there is no such thing as Mexican language. In Mexico the official language is Spanish. With that said the "mija" comes from two words, "mia"(my) and "hija" (daughter). to utilize this words in short version a lot of people will say "mija" instead of "mi hija". mija is well used in Mexico and it is a sweet way to call ones daughter; just like most people will call their daughters "sweetheart" in the U.S.
