Do you mean songs that you are recording?
You need to buy fancy software to improve that.

You mean songs you have on CD or ripped yourself from CD?
You might try better speakers.

You mean songs you downloaded? Those are grainy because they are downloaded. They are usually recorded at a low sampling rate so that they will be smaller files. Or they were compressed after recording for the same reason. People dont like to upload really high-quality music recordings because they are huge. There is no program to fix a bad recording
