Anyone know of a no-fee ATM card for use in SE Asia?

I travel to Thailand and the Philipines quite often. So i was wondering could i save on all the ATM charges while i travel there. thanks

It depends on the bank, like here Citibank offers no-fee withdrawal at any ATM worldwide.

Check with you bank about their charges. I think city bank do free ATM transactions.
