Which produces better results as far as muscle mass, Size on by Gaspari Nutrition or Kre-alkalyn efx by all american efx?

Also,for NO product which do you think is number one?
and protein?
and multi?
and joint?

So create a stack including a creatine,protein,NO and/ or pre workout drink, multi and joint supplements to maximize on muscle SIZE more than anything my priorties go like this:
-muscle size
-definiton
-vascularuty
-cuts

Growing muscles and increasing definition is hard if you are not the right body type. For most of us definition, vascularuty and cuts only show when we have very low body fat and water %. To get to this point you need to starve yourself and get into competition shape, which will not allow you to pack on muscle.

The only thing that will make you grow is hitting the gym, packing on the weight and eating lots of (healthy high protein food) This bulking up stage will be counterproductive to you definition, vascularuty and cuts though.

If you focus on your training program is as detailed as your search for the perfect supplements, you should be doing great

Many supplements might give you a pumped look, but they might not last. Creatine give you a full look, but also a smooth look. According the the maker of Kre-Alkalyn, this is a non issue with their product. Your body needs basic nutrients to grow and it can only absorb certain amounts at a time.

You just have to try the different supplements and see what your body reacts to. In some cases a change in supplement, just as a change in workout schedule may result in increased results.

if your going to take creatine you wouldnt really need the NO.
best NO=armageddon and stone dragon

Multi= doesnt really matter just make shure theres enough vitamins

Protein=ultimate muscle protein by beverly international

Joint=orange triad by controlled labs

heres my ultimate stack= take one fish oil pill 3 times daily. take orange triad. take armageddon before a workout. after a work out take ultimate muscle protein. add a fat burner if you want it. take chromium picolinate pill during lunch and take a gaba supplement before sleep. you can find all these stuff on bodybuilding.com

Mike just showed us that he's extremely ignorant when it comes to exercise and muscle growth. Muscles don't become fat, and fat doesn't become muscle, they are 2 different tissues that don't mix. What happens is that if you stop working out, the muscle becomes flabby because you don't exercise, but it does not become fat, it's IMPOSSIBLE.

those who bulk up are a SLAVE to the body. Unless you exercise EVERY DAY, those muscles turn to FLABBY FAT, and then how do you get rid of it? Just let your body develop normally.
